As someone who also had an outdoor wedding and a tent reception, I really loved this wedding and these two people! When I arrived on the wedding day they were about to make the call on whether to have the ceremony outside in front of the gazebo or inside the tent. The chance for rain was HIGH but these two bet that it would hold off until after the ceremony… and they were RIGHT!
Minutes after the ceremony was over and guests were safely inside the tent enjoying cocktails and chicken fingers (a special request by the Bride and Groom) it started POURING and it didn’t stop until after sunset. Luckily Ashley and Christian decided to do a first look so we were able to take photos outside around the beautiful grounds of The Grand Estate at Hidden Acres.
Congrats Ashley and Christian on a lovely wedding day. I’m so glad you called the rain’s bluff and had your dream wedding outside!
