You worked hard to build a business that stands out in a crowd

The same should be said for your marketing images

Custom brand photography means that every aspect of the photo shoot will be tailored to the aesthetic and goals of your business. When I work with clients we always start with a discussion of your brand and the messages your images should communicate.

While working with clients I’ve found that there are three main types of images that small businesses need – styled product photos, traditional product photos, and behind the scenes images.

Styled Product Photos

These are ideal for Instagram! We'll photograph your products with accessories that help communicate what they are and what your brand stands for. This can be done in a lifestyle setting (like a kitchen or office) or in a more editorial style (think flat lays incorporating textured backgrounds) The example you see here is a lifestyle setting.

This is my most requested style of photos!

Traditional Product Photos

These are more standard product photos usually on a white or plain background. These photos are specifically designed to show the detail of your products and packaging.

Don't be fooled by the plain background, these images are difficult to do well by yourself. However, this style of image is a basic necessity if you are selling online.

Behind the Scenes or Headshots

These images are designed to give people a peak behind the scenes and show you in action either making your products or working with clients.

Whether it's a new headshot or photos of you working in your office, this style of image is ideal for service based businesses where customers need to connect with you and your staff. It's time for an About Page upgrade!
