Angela and Forrest were my last wedding of 2018. It’s always bittersweet to see another wedding season come to an end but I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter couple to close out the year with!
Angela and Forrest were married at the SNPJ Recreation Center. They had originally planned for an outdoor service by the lake but unseasonably cold temperatures moved the ceremony inside. We did sneak out for a few pictures by the lake AND the sun even came out for approximately one minute… you know I was ready and waiting 🙂
My favorite part of this day was watching Angela get ready with her mom and grandma. The dress she wore was 64 years old – yes, you read that correctly… 6-4! And it was worn by BOTH her mother and her grandmother! AND her aunt made her a custom veil that matched the pattern of the lace on the dress. AND the classic Cadillac in the photos was owned by her great grandfather and was pictured in her parent’s wedding photos!
You guys, I could go on… there were so many meaningful details throughout the entire day. Forrest even drew the tree artwork for each of the table names!
Alright, I have to stop somewhere. Thank you Angela and Forrest for inviting me to be a small part of your very meaningful wedding day. I hope you enjoy these images for years to come!
