Two dear friends of mine got married this fall in Saranac Lake, NY. Keith is a potter friend of Joe’s, and he was actually in the wedding, so I photographed this wedding solo while crying happy tears for most of the day.
I cannot even begin to list all of the handmade details that went into this wedding. They designed and printed their own invitations, Keith made a ceramic glass for everyone who attended as a wedding favor, they brewed and bottled two batches of beer, they made their own hard cider, Sara’s soon to be brother-in-law made all the pies and tarts. You guys, I could go on. But I won’t because I want you to look at their photos.
Please don’t miss the end of this post when Keith sings Sara a song that he wrote for her called Will You Be My Home. He started singing it alone and with every verse a member of his family joined in with a different instrument. It was straight up Love Actually style! Ah, so many happy tears!
I love you Keith and Sara. See you on Wednesday for game night!
That is Sara’s grandmother watching her get ready. <3
Here we go, this is right as Keith starts singing to Sara.
All four of them at the end!
Who is that cute dancing man with the ponytail!? 😉
